Working from home does not mean putting your home address on your clients’ company records. Add a registered office service to your offering, with a choice of Rochdale or Stockport.

What we need for AML checks
Address services require customer checks. We will explain what is needed for your application and how to provide documents. Please do not attach identity documents to your initial enquiry.
- Company details, registration number if incorporated, and business activity.
- Details of directors and the people who ultimately own or control the company.
- Identity and residential address evidence as requested, such as a passport or driving licence and proof of address.
- Confirmation that company owners and directors are UK resident. Further information may be needed.

Before you apply.
What is the difference between the two addresses?
A registered office is the company’s official address on the Companies House register. A director’s service address is the director’s public correspondence address. Our annual package covers one company’s registered office and one director’s service address.
Will this keep my home address private?
Using our address for the registered office and director service address avoids using your home address in those fields on new filings. It does not automatically remove an address from existing records. Directors still need to give Companies House their residential address, which is generally kept off the public register.
What post is included?
Companies House and HMRC correspondence is scanned and emailed as part of the annual price. Other letters can be scanned and emailed, if wanted, at £1.50 + VAT per letter (£1.80 including VAT). This package is an address and scanning service; physical workspace is not included.
Can any UK company use these addresses?
Both addresses are in England. Your company must be registered in a jurisdiction that permits an English registered office. Companies registered in Scotland, Northern Ireland or specifically in Wales cannot use these addresses as their registered office. Our service is limited to UK-resident company owners and directors, subject to acceptance and AML checks.
Can I use the address as soon as I apply?
No. An application does not give permission to use an address. We supply the full address and confirm permission once the required checks are complete and your subscription is set up.
Can accountants resell the service?
Yes. Accountants can resell the service and set their own client price. Standard fees apply. Each client company is subject to acceptance and AML checks.
Do I pay when I apply?
No payment is taken on this website. Send your application first. CCM will explain the AML checks and arrange payment if your application is accepted. The full address is provided once your subscription is set up.

North West Registered Office is provided by Carter Collins & Myer (CCM). Applications and enquiries are handled by the CCM team at enquiries@uk-ccm.com.
